MissingSchool is a Canberra-founded not-for-profit organisation established in 2012 to reduce the academic and social isolation experienced by children with serious physical or mental illness when they miss school.
Through telepresence technology, school support programs, and advocacy, MissingSchool helps children remain connected to their classmates, teachers, and education so that even while absent, they can still be present.
Since 2018, the organisation has helped reconnect more than 7,800 classmates through the deployment of over 260 robots, while supporting teachers, families, and school communities across Australia.
Tailored Accounts is proud to support MissingSchool as a pro-bono accounting partner from 2026. With an annual pro-bono accounting and advisory support package of up to $20,000 per annum, Tailored Accounts helps strengthen the organisation’s financial governance and operational capability, supporting its mission to keep sick children connected to education and community.
